GCS Honored as 2013 Helios Apollo Awards Finalist

GCS, a professional services and solutions provider to Civilian, Intelligence and Industry clients, today announced that it has been named a finalist for the 2013 Helios Apollo Awards, a premier awards program in the Washington metropolitan region which recognizes employers who promote employee development and engagement as their organizational culture. GCS is one of six finalists in the Tria (101-200 employees) category.

GCS was selected by an independent panel for our support of employee development initiatives to help grow our organization, our employees and our community. Specifically, GCS was evaluated based on the following criteria:

 ·     Innovative programs or opportunities to develop leadership skills through charitable community involvement; and

 ·     The measurable impact of these programs.

Helios will honor the finalists and announce the winners at the Apollo Awards breakfast ceremony on Wednesday, May 29th, 2013 at the McLean Hilton in McLean, Va.
